Step-up
Instructions:
Holding a dumbbell in each hand by your sides or a barbell in place resting across the back of your shoulders, place one foot on a step in front of you.
Shift all your weight onto your front foot to rise onto the step, keeping the weight on your front foot.
Return back to the start and repeat.
Perform 10 reps on each side to complete a set.
Top tip:
Don’t place your back leg onto the step at any time, keep it suspended for more of a challenge
