Split squat
Instructions:
Stand with one foot a large step in front of the other, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
Bend both knees to around 90 degrees, until the back knee is almost touching the floor.
Push back up to the start and repeat.

Top tip:
Keep your upper body completely upright throughout
