Goblet squat- Workouts for women – We Heart Living
Goblet squat
Instructions:
Hold a kettlebell in front of your chest, standing with feet hip-width apart, toes pointing outwards slightly.
Squat down, directing your bottom out behind you as you lower it towards the ground.
Keep your elbows downwards so that they come between your knees as you lower, and your shoulders back.
Push up through the heels back to the start and repeat.
Top tip:
Keep the knees aligned over the toes – don’t let them collapse inwards
