Tis the season for little black dresses and parties…and there’s nothing wrong with wanting to look your best so why not try this LBD flat-tum workout?
As you probably know by now just doing hundreds of sit-ups won’t cut it when it comes to getting a flat tummy. Instead, try the moves below: each one involves lots of muscle groups – apart from the abs – so you’ll burn fat while you build your core. Win-win!
Farmer’s walk
Wait, really? Well, yes: this works every muscle in your body, but especially your core, which you should use to keep yourself upright and stable – think catwalk, not slouch. The form is easy – head up, shoulders back, back straight, quick steps. Use a pair of reasonably heavy kettlebells and you’ll feel the burn for hours afterwards.
