Goblet squat

We-Heart it becauseā€¦All squats are amazing, one of the best moves out there. The goblet squat is unique, as it allows you to get super-deep with your squats without the danger of having a heavy load on top of you. Make sure you get as low as possible to get the most out of it.

Instructions:
Hold a kettlebell by the horns in front of your chest.
Keeping your chest up and shoulders back, bend at the hips and knees to lower your bottom to the ground, pushing your bottom out behind you. Keep your heels firmly planted on the ground.
Push through the heels back up to the start and repeat.

Top tip: bring your elbows to the insides of your knees as you lower
