Combining Pilates, boxing and dance, it’s certainly a hybrid fusion that perhaps old Joe may not have approved of, but it can’t be denied that the class reaps rewards. How does it work? This high-energy interval workout blends weighted glove boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates with a few dance moves thrown in on top. Sounds strange we’ll admit, but you burn crazy calories and fat while toning muscle and generally feel pretty badass.
