Stability ball curl
Instructions
Lie on the floor with your feet on a stability ball.
Extend your hips to the ceiling so that your body is in a straight line, then curl the ball towards you by bending the knees, ensuring your hips are extended towards the ceiling as you do so.
Slowly release back to the start and repeat.
Top tip
Spread your arms out on the floor for support
