Jump squat
Instructions
With feet just wider than hip-width, squat down as low as possible, directing your bottom out behind you and keeping your knees in line with your toes.
Extend the whole body and jump up as high as you can.
Land softly and squat down into another rep straight away.

Keep your shoulders back and chest up throughout
