2. Chestnuts
Chestnuts are low in fat and crammed with vitamin C, which helps to boost immunity and improves skin health.
How to cook: Roughly chop some pre-cooked chestnuts and Brussels sprouts. Pan-fry with onion and garlic and add in a couple of tablespoons of creme fraiche. Garnish with mixed herbs.
