5. Enjoy treats
You don’t have to sidestep treats even if you’re watching your waistline. Yes, you heard us! Just be sensible about the type of treats you choose. Dark chocolate for example is super-indulgent but ridiculously high on the antioxidant scale, too. To reap the benefits, opt for chocolate with a minimum of 70 percent cocoa solids and limit your intake to a few squares.
