We Heart Living – Battle Ropes

Tabata on warrior ropes

Tabata is a type of interval training that involves high-intensity exercise for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds’ rest. This is repeated 8 times, totalling 4 minutes of training time. The movement performed is an undulating wave movement, which is not only great for fat loss, conditioning of the upper body, but also for all-round strength and fitness.

All of the above exercises should be performed three to four times a week. When done in conjunction with a cardio workout and a healthy balanced diet, you will be armed and dangerous in no time!
