Lying glute stretch
Instructions
Lie on your back with your left leg in the air and the right one bent out to the side, resting the fleshy part above the ankle on the thigh of the left.
Holding the back of your left thigh, pull it towards your chest while keeping your upper body flat on the floor.
Repeat on the other leg.
