We’re all a little guilty of rushing through our workouts sometimes, but cool-down stretches are an essential part of exercise if you want to reduce aching, prevent injury and get flexy. Try this Get flexible workout to boost your results.

Busy schedules can certainly tempt us into skipping stretches, but taking a few minutes at the end of a tough session can be well worth it in the long-run. Ease off the aches to shorten your recovery time and boost your flexibility to improve performance by stretching out your major muscle groups at the end of a workout. Hold each stretch for 10-15 seconds, or a little longer if you’re really focusing on flexibility. Do them all once, then you’re done!
