Romanian deadlift
Pick up a kettlebell from the floor. Raise it to just below hip height. Holding it there with your arms straight, push your hips back as far as is comfortable while maintaining a nice arch in your lower back. Unlock your knees a touch while the kettlebell is descending (but only a touch!). This will keep the effort on your hamstrings. Pause briefly and push your hips forwards to return to the start position.
