Step away from the leg curl machine! We spend far too much time sitting down at work, so we don’t need to do that again at the gym. Plus, leg curls only work knee flexion, which is just a small part of what your hamstrings do. So with my clients I also do exercises that work on hip extension. As a bonus, this will also help build an internet-breaking bottom too.
So if you want to get toned, sleek pins that look good and perform better, replace the leg curl machine with any of the first four exercises and then do the leg bridge as a finisher.
