If HIIT, Crossfit and FitBit had a love child, this would be it. Introducing the UK’s first TRX-based HIIT class, FITRIX, Heartcore’s newest 55-minute workout that apparently burns 700-1000+ calories. It consists of mixing TRX-based strength training into heart-rate monitored HIIT intervals, helping you maximise fat burn and preserve lean muscle while building strength. A favourite of fitness gurus such as Cameron Diaz and Michael Phelps, TRX is a great piece of equipment to build strength, increase flexibility and enhance durability through suspension training. What’s more, once the class has finished, each participant is emailed their heart rate and calorie burn statistics – generated accurately from their weight and personal detail input. From here the participant can compare their results and track improvement towards personal targets. More of an excuse to come back and beat your previous score then.
