Instructions
Lie with your back on the floor, legs extended and arms either by your sides or under your bum.
Keeping both legs fairly straight, extend one to the ceiling while keeping the other suspended just above the ground.
Switch legs so the opposite leg is extended towards the ceiling and the other is suspended just above the floor. Switch again to complete a rep.
Keep switching continuously.
Top tip:
Try not to swing your upper body from side to side.
