Jump squat
Instructions
Start with feet hip-width apart, toes pointing outwards slightly.
Squat down as low as you can, directing your bottom out behind you and keeping your knees aligned with the toes.
Jump up as high as you can, then land softly, straight into another rep.
Top tip:
Keep your chest up and don’t round the shoulders
