This fat-burning workout is made up of three plyometric moves. These moves are often used in athletic programmes to boost speed and power, and build fast-twitch muscle fibres, however, for the regular gym-goer just looking to be in the best shape of their lives, plyometrics are a fat-blasting must!
We love putting plyometric spins on regular exercises. Why? Because they give you the benefits of the classic moves, with an extra challenge. This works wonders for getting out of plateaus since it can give your body a little shock to the system, but also adds a cardio element to your normal resistance workout.
Try doing 15 reps of these 3 moves back to back without rest. Then take a minute’s rest, and repeat 5-7 times depending on your ability.
