Instructions
Hold a barbell in place resting on your upper back, elbows pointing towards the floor.
Hinging at the hips and keeping your shoulders back, bend forwards keeping a flat back until your upper body is parallel to the floor. You can shift the weight backward as you bend to stay stable.
Extend back to the start and repeat.
Top tip:
Keep the legs straight with soft knees, feet hip-width apart
