Plyometric press-up

Instructions
Start in high plank position with hands wider then shoulders and feet apart, or on your knees.
Lower your chest as far as possible by bending the arms, directing the elbows behind the hands rather than outwards.
From this position, push up as explosively as possible, high enough to take your hands off the floor.
Immediately place them back to the start position, landing softly before repeating for the next rep.

Top tip:
The wider your foot position, the easier it is on your core stability
