Instructions
Form a straight line with your body, resting on your forearm with the elbow under the shoulder.
Extend the other arm towards the ceiling.
Hold for the allotted time, then repeat on the opposite side.
Top tip: don’t let your hips drop lower than the rest of your body
Combine our core workout with some HIIT, that’s high intensity interval training – it’s amaaaazing for blasting fat off your hard-won flat tum.
