Stability ball roll-in
Instructions
Start in a high plank position with hands under shoulders and feet resting on a stability ball.
Roll the ball in towards your hands by tucking your knees towards your chest.
Push back to the start and repeat.

Top tip: try to keep your upper body still throughout
