Orangetheory at David Lloyd
A massive hit in the USA, Orangetheory has been brought ‘across the pond’ with all of its benefits to us here in the UK.
These classes are designed to keep your heart rate in a target zone, which spikes metabolism, increases energy, and burns fat and calories for up to 36 hours after your workout – it’s been dubbed ‘The orange effect’.
The class is 60 minutes of high energy interval training through cardio and resistance exercises with upbeat music.
