Single-leg squat
Instructions
Stand on one leg and bend your knee, lowering your bottom out behind you as far as comfortable. Keep your heel on the ground and knee in line with your toes.
Push back up to the start and repeat. Perform the allotted reps on each leg to complete a full set.
Try to keep your body as upright as possible throughout
