Single-leg glute bridge – butt lifter
Instructions:
Lie on the floor with your legs bent, feet close to your bottom.
Extend one leg straight up towards the ceiling.
Raise your bottom off the floor, extending your hips as high as you can.
Lower back to the start and repeat.
Top tip: make sure to change legs with each set
