Jumping lunge – leg toner
Instructions:
Start with one foot a large step in front of the other, with both legs bent to about 90 degrees, the back knee just above the floor.
Jump up as high as you can, switching leg positions in the air to land softly with the opposite leg in front, legs bent.
Repeat fluidly for each rep.
Top tip: keep your upper body upright throughout
