Press-up burpee – great for cardio
Instructions:
Crouch down to place your hands on the floor.
Jump your feet back to take your body into a high plank position, keeping your body in a straight line.
Bend your arms to lower your chest towards the floor, then push back up into high plank.
Jump your feet back towards your hands, then immediately jump up as high as you can.
Land softly and go straight into another rep.
