Ditch your trainers and stretch out at a yoga class especially designed for runners. Regular yoga sessions have so many benefits for runners including faster recovery, more efficient breathing, improved range of movement and better muscular stability around your joints. Just one session a week can go a long way towards preventing injuries and help you recover from the ones you’ve already got. This class specifically aims to stretch those areas that can be tight when you’re a runner (glutes, hips, hamstrings and calved) and strengthen all those places you tend to ignore (core and adductors) helping you to get stronger and more flexible, which’ll help make you a stronger runner.
