It’s all in the name. This HIIT class is scalable to suit all fitness levels but it’s a full-on 60 minute total-body workout that burns up to 1000 calories. Yes, you read right. The circuit-style workout involves cardio and strength training through rowing, running, free weights and functional training. The class – which is taken by head coach Mark Lucas – features aerobic and anaerobic training so that you’re addressing cardio and building muscle at the same time. ‘What makes it fun and motivating is working as a team. Think tag team relays on the rower, flat road sprints and hill climbs on the treadmill; interspersed with total body weight training to get all the muscle groups working together to incinerate fat!’
