The Good Morning is the exercise to beat back fat for good!

There are loads of reasons why you should be working your back, but sadly it’s an area that’s often neglected. Okay, so it might not mean as much to you as a flat tum, slender pins or firm arms. It could, however, improve your posture – enough to make you appear taller and slimmer.

Having a strong back will also help you execute your moves with better form, and nailing your exercises will give you far better results. Throw the good morning exercise into the mix to target your back as well as your hamstrings.
