Bum: Kettlebell swing
Instructions:
Holding a kettlebell with both hands, bend at the hips and knees to let the kettlebell swing between your legs.
When the kettlebell begins to swing forwards again, explosively extend your hips and knees to swing the kettlebell up to eye level.
Bend at the hips and knees again as the kettlebell makes its way back to the start and go straight into the next rep.

Keep your back flat and gaze forwards
