We won’t hold it against you if you’ve left getting into beach-body shape a little late this year. Whether you’ve been busy working, watching the World Cup or just resting up, we all get a little distracted sometimes. But that’s okay, we’ve got the perfect workout that’ll whip your abs and bum into shape in no time, so you can feel flawless in that bikini this summer.
Perform the allotted reps of each move back to back, then rest for 1 minute and repeat for 3-5 sets, depending on your level.
