If you’re guilty of the below, it might be time to ask that question: are you addicted to the gym?

1. Gym bore

There is a fine line between being addicted to the gym and being a downright gym bore and you are treading on thin ice! It’s one thing mentally totting up how many minutes on the cross trainer your Singapore Sling will be, but your friends will tell you to sling your hook if you keep reminding them of their calorific intake with every cocktail! Do we really need to know that our Mojito amounts to 50 burpees tomorrow morning? After all – it’s you that will be hitting the gym. We will all be in the land of snoozeville enjoying a hard earnt (slightly hanging) lie-in.
