Side plank dips
We don’t want to neglect your waist so we’re going to finish up the set with some side plank dips. If you’re new this then come on to your elbow but start on one hand if you’re a regular round these parts. Ensuring that your ankles, knees, hips and shoulders all align nicely, dip the hip closest to the ground low, before shooting it skywards, as far from the ground as possible. The hand not in use can be positioned high or rested on your waist.
Do: 10-20 reps per side
