5. Lower body – Tri-sets

Lower body Tri-set options are endless! Pick three exercises and stick with them for three rounds, mixed with three rounds of upper body and sandwiched between two minutes of cardio.  Try equipment-free exercises like squats, reverse lunges, and walking lunges. Aim to do 30 seconds on each exercise before moving on.
