This is a heart rate-based training club which means that your heart rate will be pushed to more than 90 per cent. The class incorporates high-intensity movements with short recovery intervals and there will be explosive exercises to challenge yourself even more. Your own personal heart rate monitor will be up on the screen so you can track your progress during the 30-minute class. This is, on average, a 500kcal burner but it can be a whole lot more, the harder you push yourself.
