The Grid, Virgin Active
Similar to ZUU, this class focuses on primal movements – twist, pull, lift, bend, squat and lunge – but moves are formulated using a grid floor. The Grid is essentially an obstacle course that allows for alternating exercises for an all-over workout. There are four types of classes to choose from: Grid Fit increases in intensity, Grid Lean has a high-intensity interval training structure, Grid Strong alternates between strength and tension then power and speed, and Grid Active increases total-body mobility and range of motion. All classes are 30 minutes and burn approximately 700 calories – so no matter what class you choose, rest assured your muscles will be pushed to their limit!
