2. Dodgeball

If you want to ‘Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive and Dodge’, you’re good at throwing, catching or avoiding things being thrown at you, or a combo of all theses things, dodgeball is the sport for you. Everyone can play dodgeball; it’s brilliant for fitness and most of all, it’s fun. The non-contact sport where players throw balls at the opposition on the other side of the pitch is fast and furious. The aerobic exercise increases agility and balance as well as strength in the shoulders, arms, back and abs. It also helps improve hand-eye coordination required when throwing and dodging.
