Fight club
The first rule of this fight club is to take it outside.
This is the perfect antidote to a stressful day – you can kick, punch, and sweat away all of your stress with this challenging 60-minute workout.
Boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, bodyweight and self-defence combinations will target your upper and lower body to get you fighting fit.
Moves are performed individually, with partners and in teams – so you will never get bored. And if you really ‘get your punch on’, you can burn up to a mighty 700 calories!
