4. Stability ball crunch

Instructions

Lie with your back on a stability ball, feet flat on the floor and hands by temples.

Keeping hips still, curl your shoulders and upper back up. Lower and repeat.

Top tip:

Don’t strain your neck when crunching – squeeze the abs.
