Instructions:
Start in a high plank position with hands in line with shoulders. Beginners can start on the knees.
Keeping the body completely straight and the core engaged, bend your arms to lower your chest towards the floor.
Push back up to the start and repeat.
Make it harder – keep feet together for more of a challenge
Make it easier – keep feet hip-width apart to make it easier
