Goblet squat
Instructions:
Start with feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing outwards slightly. Hold a kettlebell in front of your chest, close to your body (optional for beginners).
Bend your knees and lower your bottom out behind you (beginners can lower until bottom is in line with knees – advanced should lower into a deeper squat).
Push back up through the heels to the start and repeat.

Keep your chest up throughout
