Lunge with rotation
Hold a dumbbell with both hands vertically in front of your chest, with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Lunge forward with one leg, lowering your body until the front thigh is parallel to the floor. As you lower your body, rotate your torso towards the side of the leg you stepped forward with. As you rise back up to the start position, rotate your torso back to the central position. Repeat on the alternate legs until the set is finished.
