  1. Stick to clear spirits

It’s not a workout, but sticking to clear spirits will further help with limiting the damage. ‘They have less hangover-causing additives and other unpleasantness,’ says Jessica. ‘Mix them with soda water to avoid the calories from soft drinks and add in a slice of lime because there’s some evidence that it can blunt the insulin spike from drinks like vodka.’
