Press-up
Instructions:
Start in plank position with hands wider than shoulder width.
Keep your body in a straight line completely, ensuring your hips don’t drop too low and your shoulders aren’t hunched.
Bend your arms to slowly lower your chest towards the ground, keeping your hips in line.
Push back up to the start and repeat.
Top tip:
Don’t let your hips drop lower than the rest of your body
