Curl and press
Instructions:
Hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing away from you, arms by your sides.
Keeping the upper arms next to the body, curl the dumbbells up to your shoulders.
Push the dumbbells up towards the ceiling, rotating your grip away from you as you do so.
Reverse this movement to lower the dumbbells back to the start and repeat.
Top tip:
Don’t let the lower back overarch
