Plank transfer
Instructions:
Start in a low plank position, on your forearms.
Without shifting your weight too much to one side, come up onto one hand on one side, then the other until you’re in a high plank position.
Now go back down onto one forearm, then the other. Repeat leading with the opposite arm.
Top tip:
Don’t let your hips drop lower than the rest of your body
