With three distances – 8.2miles, 16.2miles and 20.1miles – the Lidl Kingston Breakfast run is the perfect way to take on a new challenge, without too daunting a step-up between distances. So, if you’re the queen of the 10K why not try the 8.2mile run? Got a few halves under your belt then 16.2 miles is perfect, and if you’re pretty accomplished but not yet up for a marathon then the 20.1-mile route could be perfect! Starting and ending in the historic Kingston-upon-Thames market square and taking in the river down to Hampton Court, you won’t mind running loops of this picturesque, pancake-flat course.
