Triathlons are a great way to try something new. The SuperSprint distance is fab for newbies with a 400M swim, 21.2K bike and 5K run, yes the distances sound short, but when you’re doing three disciplines in succession things get that much harder! With Dorney Lake as the backdrop and a buzzing atmosphere, this is a great option no matter your experience. Plus, you’ll never get bored training for a triathlon – between sessions on the bike, in the pool and hitting the pavements you’ll always be able to mix things up.
